Fetish Ride by SGF Club
On Sunday, July 5, 2026, SGF Club organised the 5th edition of its Fetish Ride. Ten participants joined this motorcycle outing under bright sunshine and very warm temperatures!
Our ride started in La Tour-de-Trême at 10:20 a.m., heading towards Château-d’Oex. We made a stop there to pick up one participant, which then allowed us to continue our route towards Gstaad and the Col du Pillon, before making another stop at the Col de la Croix. There, we took the opportunity to stretch our legs, hydrate, and take a short break... (The road up to the Col de la Croix is quite full of potholes, so be careful if you ever take it hahaha).
After this break, we headed back down towards Le Bouveret, where we had our lunch break by the lake!
Our friends from Valais left us at that stop.
We then continued our route via Montreux and Châtel-St-Denis, before ending our journey in the very cool SGF Club premises, where the President treated everyone to a round of drinks to help us rehydrate!
It was a very enjoyable motorcycle outing, and the participants were clearly delighted to have taken part.
The route was very chill, with no particular difficulties.
As for incidents, there was nothing to report except for one remark made by a cyclist: “Guys, when you overtake a cyclist, leave some space between you and him, because it’s really scary when you pass too close — especially the supermoto!”
We’ll keep that in mind for the next ride, next year! Hahaha
